Our 3M™ Cylinder Adhesive Applicator is the standard output device for use with most of our cylinder spray adhesive products and is recommended where normal output rates are desired. We combine durable, all metal construction, a balanced design and comfortable grip to provide effective control during operation. The applicator can be adjusted to various spray patterns as needed.

3M™ Hot Melt Applicator PG II LT with Magazine Feed for semi-automatic adhesive loading to be used with only the bench mounted system. Carries up to 12 adhesive cartridges.

3M™ Hot Melt Applicator Quadrack™ Converter 9275 adds Quadrack™ capabilities to standard 3M™ TC and LT hot melt applicators. This converter increases the loading capacities to these applicators, maximizing working time and reducing frequent reloading upon exhausting shorter hot melt material.

We developed the 3M™ Hot Melt Applicator Bench Mount PG II as a special assembly that optimizes productivity by holding the 3M™ Hot Melt Applicator PG II / PG II LT in a 45° position for hands-free adhesive application. This step-saving system allows one worker to concentrate on joining the material while minimizing fatigue from positioning the applicator before and after each step.
