The START International ZCM0300 manual tape dispenser with hand lever advances and cuts predefined tape lengths and is suitable for repetitive taping in low production environments. Cut lengths of 0.50 to 4″ (13 to 102 mm) can be set with an adjustment on the lever. Each tape length is then advanced by pulling the hand lever. The operator cuts the tape by pulling it up and across the serrated blade. This dispenser accepts tape rolls in widths from 0.25 to 1″ (6 to 25 mm) with an outside roll diameter of up to 4.75″/120 mm, and has a 3″/76 mm roll core holder. The ZCM0300 has a heavy base that provides stability.

The START International ZCM0800-WT electric tape dispenser with AC power adapter automatically cuts and advances predefined lengths of thin film tape for low to medium production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. The dispenser accepts tape rolls in widths from 0.25 to 1″ (6 to 25 mm) with an outside roll diameter up to 5.3″/135 mm, and comes with 1″/25mm and 3″/76 mm roll core holders. A switch allows the operator to select from 3 preset cut lengths: 1.18″/30 mm, 1.77″/45 mm, or 3.54″/90 mm. The operator cuts the tape by pulling the tape up and over a serrated blade, which automatically advances the next length of tape. The ZCM0800-WT tape dispenser operates on three D-cell batteries or 115 VDC at 50/60 Hz.

Manufactured of Japanese componentsThe START International ZCM1000 (The Original M1000) electric tape dispenser automatically cuts and advances predefined tape lengths and is suitable for medium to high production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. The dispenser accepts tape 0.28 to 2″ (7 to 51 mm) wide, with an outside roll diameter up to 7″/178 mm. Using the LED display, feed and cut can be set to automatically advance and cut the material. The photosensor detects if there is tape at the outlet for accurate and consistent feeds and cuts. The feed and cut can also be operated manually with a push button. Preset lengths of 0.79 to 39″ (20 to 999 mm) can be overridden for a custom cut, and then returned to the autofeed settings. Feed roller pressure can be adjusted for tape thickness. The guillotined cut provides a straight edge to the dispensed tape. Estimated blade life is 200,000 cuts, depending upon the type of tape material. Cut length tolerance is + or – 0.04″/1 mm. The 3-in-1 core holder allows a range of tape roll sizes to be mounted. The dispenser has a steel frame for durability and a cabinet made from flame-retardant, anti-static composite. The ZCM1000 tape dispenser operates on 117 VAC at 50/60 Hz. It is suitable for industrial uses such as manufacturing, assembly, and packaging.
