2 operator solder mask bulk dispenser system. You can purchase your solder mask in 1 gallon containers, pour it into the one gallon pressure vessel, and use the vessel for storage and dispensing. The pinch valve dispensing wand will accept any dispensing needle, for a specific amount of material to be dispensed. The one gallon tank has a regulator and gauge; just hook up shop air to the tank, regulate to the desired pressure for the desired flow rate (maximum of 50psi for the dispensing wand).

UV Cure adhesive dispenser is designed to accept a 1 liter bottle of ultra-violet cure adhesives. There is no pouring needed (ie: you drop your 1 liter bottle of glue right into the dip-tube tank). Very little clean up is involved with this system and you do not smell the strong fumes of the glue as this is a contained system. The valve is designed to dispense thin and medium UV adhesives with precise deposits of glue with no dripping. The system has many ways to control the deposit: -needle size, tank pressure, – timer length control, -valve fine stroke adjustment.
