A tape dispenser designed to dispense 3M™ linered repulpable tapes, while simultaneously removing the liner.

A hand held tape dispenser which is designed to dispense 2 inch wide repulpable tapes and simultaneously remove the liner. Primarily designed to work with 3M™ 9022, but can also work with other 3M™ double coated linered tapes.
