3M® Primer 94 Tape can be used to improve the overall adhesion of tapes, films, and vinyl graphics to polyethylene, polypropylene, PET/PBT blends, concrete, wood, glass, metal, and painted metal surfaces.

Ensure your surface is clean and dry before applying a thin, even layer of 3M® Primer 94 Tape. The primed surface must remain free of contaminants before applying the tape. It is important to use the minimum amount of product necessary, as overapplication may lead to suboptimal results. Allow the primer to dry completely—typically within 5 minutes at room temperature—before applying the tape.

Special Note: Porous surfaces may require two applications for uniform coverage and strong adhesion. Allow the first coat of primer to dry before applying a second layer.
