• Light green, 4.5 mil, paper backing, single sided tape, film liner, excellent heat resistance up to 400 degrees F
• Thin, strong backing for butt splicing, use to tape lip and tail on finished splice, printable backing, good for uncoated and bleached papers
• Repulpable adhesive prevents broke contamination from non-repulpable splice material, meets or exceeds TAPPI UM-213, procedure A, FDA compliant 21 CFR 176.170 (components of paper and paperboard in contact with aqueous and fatty food)

3M™ Repulpable Single Coated Splicing Tape 901 is designed primarily for uncoated papers. Used for butt splicing and taping down leading or trailing edges. A semi-bleached kraft paper coated with a light green repulpable adhesive.

901 tape is a 9 mil (.1 mm) product with a green adhesive for easy identification. Use for butt splicing and/or sealing leading or trailing edges on uncoated or highly starched paper grades.
